August 9, 2006—ZEON CORPORATION has announced its decision to construct a
new ZeonorFilm® plant for Optes Co., Ltd., its wholly owned subsidiary,
in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture, Japan, in response to the rapidly expanding adoption
